Neuralyzer Nap

Where’s a black cat with a memory eraser when you need one.

What a strange time of year, when the media and stores are all blatantly promoting holiday commercialized joy, yet I have two best friends suffering serious illnesses, and I’m about to have my tenth surgery. Life really is strange.

I’ll be brief, tomorrow I’m having a necessary day-surgery to remove my gallbladder. My body is currently doing well, so the time is right to take this action, to avoid any future abdominal issues. I’m not a huge fan of the whole surgical process, but I am a good patient, so it is what it is.

Tomorrow, when nurse Kitty, wakes me from my neuralyzer nap and says “Steven…the procedure’s all done”, I’ll say thank you. However, I will be left to wonder if  ‘They’ didn’t take this opportunity to implant a tracking device, or possibly something more sinister, inside my body. They’re always watching me.

Stay safe, and be good to yourself.
